Return window

Unused items in their original condition can be returned within the window you set here (30 days is a common standard).

Harnesses and collars can be exchanged for a different size. Tell us which size you need and we'll swap it over.

If something fails in normal use, contact us with a photo and order number and we'll put it right.

Use the contact form with your order number and reason for return. Return postage terms should be confirmed here before launch.
