How does the 10% donation work?

10% of every purchase is set aside for mental health charities. It's included in the price you see — there's nothing extra to opt into at checkout.

Which charities do you support?

Our charity partners will be named on the Our Mission page once they are formally confirmed. We'd rather publish nothing than overstate a partnership.

How do I choose a harness size?

Measure your dog's chest at the widest point, just behind the front legs, and compare it with the size guide on the product page.

Are the products safe in the wash?

Leads, harnesses and collars can be hand washed in warm water and air dried. Stoneware bowls are dishwasher safe.

Can I order before checkout is live?

Not yet. The storefront is complete, and a payment provider needs connecting before orders can be taken.
